How much is shipping?

Shipping is charged at $12.70 for standard postage and $16.19 for express postage. International charges are higher depending on your country. Please contact us for a quote.

Can I return my product?

We want you to be 100% in love with your purchase every time and if you aren’t we are here to help. You can contact us at anytime via email hello@djbabydesigns.com. Please ensure contact is made within 7 days of receiving your item.

If you change your mind however, we will offer you a store credit only, but please note we do not offer refunds for these reasons.

Where are your products made?

Our beautiful padded portacot sheets are made by an amazing team manufacturer in Cambodia which employ vulnerable and at risk women. It is also sustainable and ethically run manufacturer.

Our sheets are however, designed in Australia with mountains of love and passion for your little ones.

How long will my order take to ship?

We will endeavor to get your order shipped within 2 business days of ordering but please keep in mind that we are a small business with limited staff.
